At Byaara, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Important Return Instructions (Proof Required for Refund)

To ensure a smooth and secure return process, customers must record a clear video while packing and handing over the return parcel to the courier partner.

The video must clearly show:

  • The original product being returned
  • The product condition
  • Proper packaging of the item
  • The parcel being sealed
  • Handover of the parcel to the courier delivery person

Customers are also required to share this video with us on our WhatsApp support number after handing over the parcel.

This step is necessary because in some cases, the returned product received by us is different from the original item dispatched. In such situations, both the customer and courier company may claim that the correct product was handed over, making verification difficult.

Therefore, the return handover video will be considered as the primary proof for return verification. Refunds will only be processed after:

  1. The returned parcel is received by us, and
  2. The product is verified to be the original item sent by our team.

If a proper handover video is not provided, we reserve the right to reject the refund or return request in case of any mismatch, missing item, or fraudulent return activity.

In case, We do not have pickup service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product to our office address.

Once we get your parcel, we will refund ASAP.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must have original tags
  • Item must be in original packaging

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use or damage.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used clothing
  • Damaged products caused by customer
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Products returned after 3 days

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
